The Florida Brewers Guild (FBG) values the participation of each member of the community and our goal is to deliver an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. The Florida Brewers Conference is designed to increase interaction, engagement, collaboration, connectivity, and community, in a fun and safe learning environment.

Conference participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy, and respect for others and maintain a high level of professionalism at all conference programs and events, whether officially sponsored by the Florida Brewers Guild or not. All attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and staff at any Florida Brewers Guild event are required to observe the following Code of Conduct.

The Florida Brewers Guild (FBG) is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. All communication should be appropriate and inclusive for all audiences including people of diverse backgrounds, sexual orientations, and cultures. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate.

Be kind. Do not insult or defame participants. Harassment in any form, sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes is not condoned.

All event participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy, and respect for others. This applies to all attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and staff.

Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave at the sole discretion of the Florida Brewers Guild.

Whether you have been the recipient or witness of misconduct at the Florida Brewers Conference 2025, it is important to report in order to prevent recurrence to you or someone else. 

Attendees must be 21 years or older and must be able to provide a valid government-issued ID. This is an industry conference and trade show and is not open to the public. All attendees must comply with posted warnings and policies at all times.

The Florida Brewers Guild (FBG) intends to take photographs and video of this event for use in FBG news and promotional material, in print, electronic and other media, including the FBG website. By participating in this event, I grant the FBG the right to use any image, photograph, voice, or likeness, without limitation, in its promotional materials and publicity efforts without compensation. All media become the property of the FBG. Media may be displayed, distributed, or used by the FBG for any purpose.
