The Florida Brewers Guild is once again offering a sensory course as an additional component to our conference. We will cover a multitude of aromas found in beer, how they are formed, potential solutions, and preventative measures. Focus areas include “Off Flavors by Brewing Errors”, “Off Flavors caused by Fermentation Errors”, Off Flavors from Packaging Errors”, and Flavors that may or not be Off-Flavors”. We will be covering numerous flavors, split between commonly encountered off-flavors and positive attributes.
